It helps the save a lot of time for extra paperwork and formalities because users can set a personalized information profile and have their medical records and testing history saved on their digital account. Besides, the app also sends notifications and reminders to users regarding their upcoming appointments, testing result and bills. What’s more, patients can directly view their testing reports on the device digitally. If need be, they can easily have those documents downloaded, saved on their device and print them out for hard copies. All this progress is conducted digitally on the app by self-service.
